Andrea Dequino
Co Founder
Meet Andrea, 30-year-old Italian native from Turin, with a passion for hospitality and real estate. He has spent the last 10 years honing his craft in the hospitality business, working in various locations throughout Europe and the Middle East, including the Canary Islands, Barcelona, London, Dubai, and Mykonos.
In mid-2018, he made the bold move to Mexico, where he established his own Airbnb business. With a peak of three properties in the Riviera Maya, his entrepreneurial spirit and keen eye for hospitality led him to provide exceptional experiences for his guests. However, with a baby on the way, he downgraded his business to two properties.
While building his Airbnb business, he also worked as a realtor for a "master broker" company called GMB for two years. During his tenure, he was involved in numerous transactions for both national and international clients. His hard work and dedication soon paid off, and he began working as a solo realtor in 2021/2022.
In late 2022, he joined eXp Realty, a global real estate brokerage with a focus on technology and innovation. With his fluency in three languages and extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate industries, he is poised to make a significant impact at eXp Realty.
His passion for hospitality and real estate is evident in his work ethic and the exceptional service he provides his clients. His international experience and fluency in multiple languages enable him to effectively communicate with clients from all over the world, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
